PRODUCTION
Oxley Dry Gin is made using a highly innovative process, designed to capture the freshness of nature. It is vacuum-distilled at -5°C so that flavors can be preserved much better, and heat undoubtedly affects the ingredients. The result is a flavor that simply cannot be reproduced in traditional heated stills, allowing the botanicals to stay fresh and flavorful and enabling the use of fresh frozen citrus peel instead of the typical dried peel. It is made in small batches, and its recipe uses 14 balanced botanical ingredients, including: juniper, meadowsweet, grapefruit, aniseed, vanilla, orange, and lemon.
