Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Grenache and 20% Merlot.
Obergo Parcelario 2016 is aged for 18 months in barrels. La Mata Vineyard with an age of 40 years. Reflection of an original environment, a landscape of slopes and ravines, vineyards and stones, oaks and undergrowth in the Secastilla Valley. Three varieties that seduce with their natural elegance. Three different floors and the same height of 700 meters. Bodegas Obergo works only with its own vineyards. They keep track and supervise each plot one by one. The winery's oldest vineyard was planted in the early 1930s. They produce with very low yields, so most of the wines are limited production. At Bodegas Obergo they take care of the vineyard's own ecosystem, using stainless steel tanks, clay amphorae and new barrels from prestigious cooperages to age exclusive wines in which the grapes and respect for the vineyard and its landscape take precedence.
