Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 90% Garnacha and 10% Merlot.
Obergo Caramelos 2021 is a Prêt a porter wine lightly aged for 4 months in American and French oak barrels that shows a raw Grenache: fresh, natural, fruity, casual and persistent. A candy. La Laguna Vineyard and is 20 years old, with an altitude of more than 650 meters. Bodegas Obergo works only with its own vineyards. They keep track and supervise each plot one by one. The winery's oldest vineyard was planted in the early 1930s. They produce with very low yields, so most of the wines are limited production. At Bodegas Obergo they take care of the vineyard's own ecosystem, using stainless steel tanks, clay amphorae and new barrels from prestigious cooperages to age exclusive wines in which the grapes and respect for the vineyard and its landscape take precedence.
