PRODUCTION
N Gin VLC stands out for being made with Chardonnay grapes and a unique combination of botanicals in which the aromas of orange and mandarin stand out. It is distilled in Padul, a small village in Granada very close to Sierra Nevada, and the water used in its production comes directly from the meltwater of its mountains. It is obtained by distillation in a double copper still, in which the botanicals are distilled individually and then blended. The botanicals involved in the composition of this gin are mainly juniper and the most essential Valencian citrus fruits: orange, lemon and mandarin, which give it its special characteristics. Along with cardamom, the more herbaceous character is provided by angelica, rosemary, licorice, coriander and sage. Given its origin and link with the vineyards of Utiel-Requena, Chardonnay grapes from Finca El Renegado are added to this blend. The final blend has a remarkable balance of citrus and aromatic herbs with a very slight fruity presence, silky and elegant, with perfect alcohol strength.

Appearance: Transparent.
