Matarromera Prestigio was born with a triple objective: Create a unique, special, different wine that reflects its excellent vineyards in Valbuena de Duero; breaking with the rules of wine aging and satisfying the creative desire of its author. In this sense, it is only made in those vintages that are considered excellent, with hand-picked Tempranillo grapes of enormous quality that, after a triple selection, are transformed into this work of wine art. This wine is ideal to accompany an oxtail stew, a Castilian roast lamb or a long-cured cheese. Awards and recognitions:

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
The Matarromera Prestige, although it is a wine that follows its own rules, its production is based on aging for 18 months; nine in French oak barrels and nine in American oak barrels, achieving a unique and exclusive red wine from Ribera del Duero.
TASTING
View: It presents a ripe cherry red color with an intense garnet rim, reflecting luminous, brilliant and with a good layer to the eye.
Nose: On the nose, its clear touches of Chinese ink and imposing freshness.
Mouth: In the mouth we can highlight the extraordinary persistence of its flavor. In the end, the touches of spices typical of the French barrel such as cloves and thyme come to the fore.
Recommended temperature: 16-18ºC.
