Description
PREPARATION
Bardinet Maraschino is made from a variety of cherry called "marasca", which is mainly grown in Eastern Europe and northern Italy. These fruits undergo a maceration and fermentation process, in which other ingredients are added such as crushed leaves from the tree where the marascas are extracted, sugar, honey and almonds. Once the distillate is obtained, it is left to mature in ash wood vats.
TASTING
View: Colorless and crystalline.
Nose: Exuberant aromas of red fruits where cherries stand out, on a background of dried fruits.
Mouth: Its entry is sweet with a slightly unctuous texture. On the palate, all the fruity notes are released, leaving an enveloping sensation. Slightly spicy finish.
