Description
PREPARATION
The Sweet Mallorcan Herb Liqueur is made by extracting aromas from various plants on the island itself, for example: fennel, rosemary, lemon verbena, chamomile, lemon tree, orange tree and lemon balm. The history of herbs can be traced back to the monasteries, where the friars made a wide range of brandies and spirits with herbs and fruits. In the Jordi Perelló distilleries they make this liquor in an artisanal way, faithfully following the traditional recipe of their ancestors; The Herbs are collected in May at dawn and macerated for at least 60 days. Then, distilled anise made in centuries-old stills is added.
