PREPARATION

The Belmonte Rice Pudding Cream is made using a combination of the best rice pudding and a touch of cinnamon and lemon.
Belmonte Destilerías is a family business founded in 1920 by Don Joaquín Belmonte. In its beginnings, the manufacturing was, fundamentally, Anís Belmontito, Coffee and Mint Liqueur, with the Beso de Novia and Belmonte Brandy liqueur being its great specialty. There are three generations devoted to the production of products, currently counting almost a hundred references between liquors and distillates.

TASTING

View:
White color like rice, shiny, dense and unctuous in the glass.

Nose:
Great aromatic power, rich but at the same time subtle. The characteristic aromas of cinnamon and citrus stand out with the final touch given by the alcohol that comes from rice. It evolves well in the glass, increasing its complexity as it is shaken.

Mouth:
Soft and sweet entry, with a lot of volume but without being thick, tasty, well structured. The spicy flavors make it long and the finish in the mouth is soft and persistent.
