PREPARATION

The Cazalla Belmonte or Belmontito Dry Anise is obtained from the distillation of the well-known matalahúga or anise.
Belmonte Destilerías is a family business founded in 1920 by Don Joaquín Belmonte. In its beginnings, the manufacturing was, fundamentally, Anís Belmontito, Coffee and Mint Liqueur, with the Beso de Novia and Belmonte Brandy liqueur being its great specialty. There are three generations devoted to the production of products, currently counting almost a hundred references between liquors and distillates.

TASTING

View:
Colorless transparent and crystalline. Mixed with water it produces a characteristic pigeon.

Nose:
Intense, clean and penetrating aroma. It perfectly integrates the aroma from the distillation of star anise in its correct proportion.

Mouth:
Dry and warm flavor on the palate. Smooth, liquorous and aromatic.
