Description
PRODUCTION
Larsen Cognac was created for those who are explorers at heart. For those who seek excitement in unexpected places, a great cognac is always a discovery. The Larsen Cognac-style distillation process is very special: after vinification, a double distillation of the wines without lees is carried out, to preserve the original fruity aromas of the grapes and produce spirits of superior elegance and finesse. The master distiller tastes the spirits to select only the finest: the small proportion that will be transferred to oak barrels, where the spirit matures and becomes a great cognac, which in the case of this Larsen VSOP Blue cognac remains longer in the aging process, giving full body with aromas of ripe grapes and fresh herbs.
