This is a single malt whiskey with a marked influence from sherry casks, combining the delicate Japanese style with a rich expression of ripe fruits and spices.

The bottle features a label made of fabric and embroidered with Japanese motifs based on the Year of the Snake.

Winemaking
In its production, the tradition of the distillery is combined with the influence of sherry barrels, resulting in an elegant whiskey with a marked personality.
High quality malted barley is used, which is ground and mixed with hot water. Yeast is added and it is distilled in copper stills. To guarantee a highly pure distillate, the heart of the distillation is carefully separated.
It is aged in oak barrels and receives significant finishing or maturation in barrels that previously contained sherry wine.
Before bottling, its graduation is adjusted with water from the springs of Mount Daisen, recognized for its low mineralization and purity. This water contributes to the smooth texture and delicate character of the whiskey.

It has an intense amber color with mahogany reflections.
Nose:
Aromas of raisins, figs and plums, acacia honey and caramel. Notes of chocolate, almonds and toasted nuts are appreciated. Subtle notes of oak and sweet spices. Vanilla, cinnamon and a light touch of clove.
Mouth:
Soft, silky and well-balanced entry. Honey and toffee sweetness. Flavors of raisined fruits and toasted nuts. Mild spices like cinnamon and vanilla. The oak provides structure without overshadowing the fruity character. Medium to long, warm and elegant finish. Notes of cocoa, caramel and dried fruits persist. Delicately spiced, with hints of vanilla and dried fruits.
