PREPARATION
Puerto de Indias Blackberry is the result of a traditional process focused on obtaining a gin in which the essence of blackberries and a careful selection of ingredients are mixed to create a unique, smooth, fresh and dry gin. On the one hand, violet gives it unmistakable soft and velvety floral notes. On the other hand, cinnamon enhances its sweet notes. Likewise, the blueberry, a blue-black berry, provides a bittersweet and wild flavor that enhances and completes that of the blackberry. This is how, after a fine and velvety entry, the complex notes of wild black fruits make their way with soft, intense and bittersweet nuances, which culminate with the very light characteristic touch of cinnamon.
TASTING

Nose: The fruity notes of blackberry stand out, underlined by fine hints of violet candy, on a fresh and citrus background.
Mouth: After a fine and velvety entry, the complex notes of wild black fruits make their way with their soft, intense, bittersweet nuances, culminating with the very light characteristic touch of cinnamon. Smooth, fresh and dry finish at the same time.
