PREPARATION
Martin Miller's 9 Moons is made from high-proof Martin Miller's gin, aged in French oak barrels for 9 months in the cold and dry climate of Iceland, using the Solera method, which provides excellent consistency while maintaining its complex and distinctive flavor. 9 Moons contains the same botanicals as Martin Miller's Gin, but the citrus and juniper notes reach their maximum expression, achieving greater complexity thanks to the combination of the sweet aromas of vanilla and a light creaminess provided by the oak wood, along with a light sweet and vanilla touch that in turn improves and intensifies the botanicals of the gin hidden behind the essential juniper. Iceland's frigid but dry climate significantly slows aging, allowing the progress of this complex and intriguing gin to be accurately measured.
TASTING
View: Light amber color.
Nose: Aromas of lemon peel in the first impression integrated with juniper, then perfectly balanced vanilla appears.
Mouth: Elegant, toasted oak flavor. Juniper is wrapped with a perfect balance of vanilla and citrus. Light sweetness with a creamy mouthfeel with toasted oak in a long finish.
