PREPARATION
Grapes: 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.
The Fleur de Roc 2018 red wine is made using traditional winemaking and is aged for 6 months in oak barrels. Legend has it that the Saint-Émilion vineyard dates back to Roman times. Its initial development took place in the 13th century.
TASTING
View: Splendid deep ruby red color.
Nose: Notes of old leather, quince, black cherry and toast.
Mouth: A silky initial flavor blooms on the palate in a full-bodied wine with a beautiful balance between fruit and wood. A warm and aromatic finish leaves the palate with pleasant toasted flavors.
