Description

PREPARATION

Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.

Emina Atio is made only with the best Tempranillo grapes from Finca El Horno and in the years in which production is excellent. Atio is a wine of high expression, aged for 18 months in the best French Allier oak barrels. It is then refined in the bottle for a further 18 months. The power, elegance and longevity of the wine is perceived in the primary sensations of very ripe black fruit. Its main peculiarity is the structure marked by the origin of the grapes, defined by the character of the limestone soil, which is very poor in organic matter.

TASTING

View:

To the eye it is clean and bright, with very dark cardinal tones.

Nose:

Despite its prolonged aging, the primary aromas are perfectly assembled with tertiary aromas of spices, toast, cocoa, tobacco, soft toasted bread and cedar. Very frank with excellent complexity. A powerful, elegant and intense wine.

Mouth:

It is a rich and sweet wine on the palate that remains both in the entry and in the aftertaste.

Recommended temperature: 16-18ºC.
