Winemaking
Made from sugar cane molasses. Mixture of rums distilled in pot still and column still. Aged for 12 months in ex-American bourbon barrels, approximately 90% and the rest in Madeira barrels, maintaining Foursquare's philosophy of not adding sugar to the final product.
Tasting notes

It has a deep amber color with intense copper and gold reflections. Darker and more concentrated than Doorly's 5 and 8 years.
Nose:
Aromas of vanilla, caramel, toasted coconut and ripe tropical fruits are perceived. Notes of mango, candied orange and toasted oak.
Mouth:
It has flavors of molasses, caramel and ripe banana. Touches of dark chocolate, cinnamon and nutmeg, always keeping in mind the oak of the barrel. With a long and warm finish
