PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tinta de Toro
The conception of this wine begins with the specific treatment of the vineyard, where vines whose age regulates production are selected, supported by natural fertilizers and directed pruning, thus achieving a fresher, lighter and fruitier organic wine thanks to a balanced production with the vegetation. Its passage through the barrel for 12 months gives it the natural and fresh touch that makes it irresistible.
TASTING
View:
Dark cardinal with deep purple tones. Very covered in layer, clean and shiny.
Nose:
Intense and lively in the olfactory phase, dominating aromas of fresh red and black fruits from the range of plum, cherry, blackberry and strawberry, in harmony with clean and clear tertiary touches from the aging of the wine, with licorice, coffee, spices, lactones and fine woods.
Mouth:
Good nerve with a lively skeleton of sweet tannins, which give excellent expressiveness, well combined with a measure of acidity that provides freshness. Similar aromas persist on the nose, repeating very clean and clear sensations of fresh fruit, coffee, licorice, wood and roasted coffee.
Recommended temperature: 16-18ºC.
