Description
PREPARATION
Cù Bòcan Signature has been aged for around 8 years in ex-bourbon, ex-Oloroso sherry and American virgin barrels. It is bottled unfiltered and without color correction, at 46% alcohol
TASTING
View:
It has a golden amber color.
Nose:
It is quite smooth and the first aromas include dried straw, cereals and a soft touch of peat that feels balanced. There are also aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple and dehydrated mango, or rather caramelized on the grill. There are also soft floral and red fruit notes.
Mouth:
Sweet, with notes of vanilla and croissant, but they are also quickly dominated by wood and citrus touches. It is an intense flavor, but not very varied. It is still very pleasant, at least, and although these flavors have good permanence, there are not many nuances. The aftertaste has notes of green grapes, smoke and chocolate.
