Comtesse de Saint Martin 2021 is a very fresh and creamy white wine from Chateau Saint-Martin. Its density and subtlety stand out. From countess to countess... this cuvée works on elegance and refinement with partial aging in fine grain barrels, it is a tribute to the countesses of the family who have passed almost exclusively on the estate from woman to woman. Perfect pairing with blue cheese, Beaufort cheese, guinea fowl in cream sauce and mushrooms, truffles.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Clairette and Rolle. The white wine Comtesse de Saint Martin, cuvée old vineyards Blanco, has a skin maceration for 3-4 hours and pressing, and alcoholic fermentation at 13°C. Aging for 12 months, 50% in underground vats and 50% in oak barrels.
