From countess to countess... this cuvée works on elegance and refinement with partial aging in fine grain barrels, it is a tribute to the countesses of the family who have passed almost exclusively on the estate from woman to woman. Perfect pairing with guinea fowl, Rossini tournedos, baked pheasant and chocolate fondant.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Grenache, Syrah and Cariñena. Comtesse de Saint Martin is vatted for 25-30 days at 25°C, with aging for 8 to 12 months, 70% in underground vats and 30% in oak barrels. It is a tender and silky cuvée, from old vines. Cotes de Provence protected designation of origin, bottled at the Château.
TASTING
View: Deep crimson purple in color.
Nose: The nose is delicate and honeyed, with flavors of black fruits and notes of sweet spices.
Mouth:
On the palate, there are notes of sweet spices, blackberry, cherry, leather and cocoa cream.
