PREPARATION
Comte de Rohan Chabot 2011 was harvested by hand. Waded for 28-30 days, 100% aged in barrels for 24 months.
TASTING
View: Ruby red color.
Nose: Complex, combining spices, stewed black fruit, licorice, cocoa beans and cigarettes.
Mouth:
Structured and intense, notes of blueberry and black fruit balanced with powerful tannins. Long and spicy finish with licorice, cocoa, leather and undergrowth.
