Grapes: Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo
In 1872, Josep Raventós created the first cava in the world with three native varieties: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada. His son, Manuel Raventós, commissioned the great architect Puig i Cadafalch to build the family's extraordinary winery, with its modernist arches. The audacity of these pioneers now inspires this cuvée from organically grown vineyards.
Tasting notes
View:
In view, a bright yellow color with greenish reflections can be seen. With fine and persistent bubbles that form a continuous rosary.
Nose:
On the nose, fruity aromas (Granny Smith apple) and floral aromas such as verbena stand out, with sweet notes of fresh almond.
Mouth:
In the mouth it is balanced, fresh and creamy, with a long finish.
