PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tinta de Toro.
To make the red wine Cindus 2019, malolactic fermentation is carried out in French oak barrels, and then integrated during its 6-month aging. Legado de Orniz was born in Spain in one of the oldest and most prestigious wine-growing areas of the Toro Designation of Origin, San Roman de Hornija. In 2010, a dream came true, its Epitafio and Triens styles reflect the characteristics of its land, climate and strength of the centenary "Tinta de Toro". Passion, perseverance and commitment are characteristics that define Legado de Orniz, working every day to understand the wisdom and complex art that has dominated these lands for thousands of years, producing wines with great personality.

Nose:
Fresh aroma, with high fruit concentration, highlighting the red fruits integrated with the delicate aromas provided by its 6 months in French oak.
Mouth:
Vibrant, with a medium concentration and great expression of ripe and spicy fruit. Medium intensity and persistent in the mouth thanks to its sweet and round tannins.
