PREPARATION
Grapes: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Thiénot Vintage is composed of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, it is made following the traditional method and aged for 9 years in the Thiénot cellars, located 12 meters underground, a depth that allows it to maintain a constant temperature of 12ºC. Champagne Thiénot was born in 1985, by Alain Thiénot, who, using his well-established contacts with producers, managed to guarantee an extraordinary supply of grapes. It is considered one of the best houses in Champagne, privileging quality over quantity, creativity over traditionalism.
TASTING
View: Pale gold color.
Nose: Extremely refined bouquet, revealing aromas of ripe white fruits and white grapes.
Mouth: Round with delicate touches of sweet almonds.
