PREPARATION
Grapes: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.
Thienot Brut Rosé is composed of 45% Pinot Noir, of which 7% are red wines made from old vines; 35% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier; Reserve wines represent 45% of the blend. It ages for 4 years in underground cellars. Champagne Thiénot was born in 1985, by Alain Thiénot, who, using his well-established contacts with producers, managed to guarantee an extraordinary supply of grapes. It is considered one of the best houses in Champagne, privileging quality over quantity, creativity over traditionalism.
TASTING
View: Light pink color with a collar that forms the foam of small, long-lasting and long bubbles.
Nose: Pleasant, very expressive, driven by aromas of red fruits, predominating cherries and currants.
Mouth: The first sip offers all the freshness and forcefulness. The attack is clear and frank. Round, with a long and intense finish.
