Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Grenache, Monastrell and Pinot Noir.
The production of the varieties that make up Roger Goulart Brut Rosé cava is carried out separately, through maceration at low temperature. The pressing and fermentation of the musts is carried out with selected yeasts at a temperature of 16-18º C. After the draft, the second fermentation takes place and the minimum aging in the cellar for 18 months begins in the cellars located 30 meters deep, at a constant temperature all year round of 14º C.
TASTING
View: Intense color with very vivid and bright nuances.
Nose: Notes of red fruits with a background of jelly beans and red licorice, fleshy and very powerful.
Mouth: In the mouth it is intense, fresh, with a slight sweet touch, a quite lively but elegant and very refreshing acidity, with a very marked bouquet of red fruit and a fairly persistent finish.
Recommended temperature: 6-8º C.
