Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Macabeo and Parellada.
The must is obtained from the fruit of the vineyard, which after two fermentations will be transformed into cava. The use of selected own yeasts, added to the aging time and a job well done, are essential to obtain the best product. The Freixenet winemakers seek excellence in each and every one of the cavas they produce, contributing their oenological wisdom and desire for innovation. TASTING
View: Straw yellow with greenish iridescence. Its bubble is fine with good release, forming a light crown.
Nose: Fresh with fruity notes (citrus and apple) along with anise memories.
Mouth: Smooth and fresh entry into the mouth, with a bubble that fits very well in the mouth. In the retronasal route, memories of dried fruits appear. It is a cava with a dry aftertaste and marked character.
Recommended temperature: 8-9º C.
