Camus VS Elegance 70cl.

Produced by Château Camus, founded in 1863, grapes from select crops located on the borders of the Cognac region are used to make Camus VS Elegance cognac. It is made only with the most aromatic fractions of the heads of the second distillation, resulting in a high content of esters expressed in particularly fragrant fruity notes. It is distilled in copper stills on lees and aged in fine-grain French Limousin oak barrels for a minimum of two years, a process that gives it unique characteristics that define this cognac. It has been described by the Cellar Master as the “Camus Cognac par excellence”.

The family vineyards of Château Camus are part of a magnificent 280 hectare estate, located in the heart of Cognac and are passionate about responsible farming, allowing their fields to accumulate organic matter while preserving wildlife in the surrounding environment.

Nose: Intense floral aromas of the wine and the freshness of the grapes.

Mouth: The fruity touch stands out on the palate, leaving a flavor of spices and hazelnuts. A good balance of wood and vanilla, with a very light finish.
