Campillo Reserva Selecta is a red wine from the D.O. La Rioja produced by the Campillo winery, located in the historic wine-growing town of Laguardia that belongs to the Faustino Group. Its production of red wines stands out and this is a single-varietal Tempranillo, the most used grape in the region. Campillo Reserva Selecta is born on the Villa Lucía farm, located at about 650 meters above sea level, where all the grapes necessary for its production come from. The climate of the region is continental and Atlantic, ideal for the cultivation of vineyards. Accompany it with soft and cured cheeses. With pasta and white fish. It goes very well with a meal of grilled or grilled meats.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo
After the harvest and already in the winery facilities, the grains are vatted in tanks with a capacity of 20,000 kilos. Subsequently, various post-fermentation macerations are carried out for 12 days, to achieve the desired tannin and color. Ultimately, and before aging in the bottle, Campillo Reserva Selecta rests in American oak barrels for a minimum of 22 months.
TASTING
View:
Cherry red color with maroon trim.
Nose:
Aromas of ripe black fruit, toasted and spicy notes.
Mouth:
In the mouth it is soft and silky. Good structure and acidity, elegant and with a very long finish.
Recommended temperature: 18ºC.
