PREPARATION
The Brandy Peinado 20 Años is a Solera Gran Reserva made in a very specialized way: distilling a selection of holandas in copper stills over low heat, and then letting it rest at room temperature for 20 years in French oak barrels seasoned with aged brandy, which gives this brandy very complex flavors and aromas, along with the toasted sensation of the wood.
Brandy Peinado was born in 1820 in Tomelloso, Ciudad Real, from the direct heat distillation of a selection of wines of the Airén variety, from which they obtained holandas of excellent quality and character and which were aged by sprinkling the soleras with aged brandy. A practice that has stood the test of time, and has become essential to offer that aroma and body that give the unique personality of Peinado brandy.
TASTING
View: Mahogany color.
Nose: Subtle and fine aromas, very complex. Aromatic notes of fruits and nuts, almond and walnut stand out, among sweet tones, dried plums, honey and licorice. Complex and pleasant aromatic range.
Mouth: Round, complex, tasty, velvety. Complex, sweet and powerful flavors, with a pleasant and very aromatic aftertaste.
