Winemaking
Casajuana XO brandy is made with a rigorous selection of wines from La Mancha, chosen and treated naturally without any additives that might detract from the authentic flavor of the land. This brandy is aged in new American white oak casks after distillation, allowing for oxidative aging. It is produced using the traditional solera system.
Tasting notes
Appearance: Intense amber color.
Nose: A pleasant, round, elegant, and clean aroma. It offers elegant notes of old wood with a pleasant character of plum and sweet raisin.
Mouth: On the palate it stands out for being balanced and persistent, offering a perfectly round, long and smooth taste.
