Description
PREPARATION
The Casajuana XO brandy is made with a rigorous selection of wines from La Mancha, chosen and treated naturally without components that can detract from the flavor of the authentic fruit of the land. The aging of this brandy is carried out in new white American oak barrels after distillation, which allows oxidative aging to be achieved. The traditional solera method is followed for its production.
TASTING
View: Intense amber color.
Nose: Pleasant round, elegant and clean aroma. It offers elegant notes of old wood with a pleasant plum and sweet raisin character.
Mouth: On the palate it stands out for being balanced and persistent, which offers a perfectly round, long and smooth taste.
