It is made from white La Mancha grapes of the Airén variety, which is distilled at low temperature in copper alquitars to obtain holandas and aged in American oak butts using the Criaderas and Soleras method, mixing it with older brandy. In this way, by incorporating different maturations, a homogeneous product is obtained, perfect for consumption alone or with ice in a wide-mouth glass.
TASTING

Nose: Great aromatic intensity, deep, with light notes of vanilla, cocoa and dried fruits.
Mouth: Powerful, with great permanence in the mouth. Notes of oak, roasted and dried fruits.
