PREPARATION
Bombay Dry Gin is made based on a recipe from 1791. The heart of this gin is its unique distillation process, through steam infusion, unlike other gins that boil their botanicals directly in the alcohol, the 8 exotic botanicals that make up Bombay Dry Gin are incorporated by hand in a perforated copper basket. The alcohol vapor passes through copper stills delicately flavoring the alcohol with botanical aromas.

Nose: Fresh and crisp, juniper and spicy aromas lead towards fresh citrus fruits, with a friendly and delicate texture.
Mouth: Subtle, full-bodied and round flavor, touches of juniper with well-balanced citrus and spices, completed by delicate, floral and sweet notes.
