Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.
The main component of Bollinger Brut Rosé is the Spécial Cuvée to which between 5% and 6% of red wine from the Verzenay and Aÿ vineyards is added. It is made from grapes from more than 85% Grands and Premiers Crus from the Bollinger vineyard. This champagne has a maturation time in the cellar more than 2 times longer than what is stipulated in the rules of the Champagne designation of origin.
TASTING
View: Bright pink color with subtle golden reflections.
Nose: Aromas of red fruits such as currant, cherry and wild strawberry. With a spicy touch that refers to the style of the Special Cuvée.
Mouth: A subtle combination of structure, length and liveliness, with a tannic finish due to the accompaniment of red wine. Bubbles as fine as velvet and flavors of berries.
Recommended temperature: 8-10ºC.
