Beauchamp Triple Grain 70cl.

Made from a careful combination of malted barley, rye and corn, grown entirely on local farms in France. Following a rigorous technical approach, barley and rye are traditionally distilled in charentais double pass stills, while the corn is processed in a column alembic, managing to extract the best from each grain. Aged in a selection of oak barrels that previously contained bourbon (ex-bourbon casks), giving it roundness and a subtle American woody influence that balances the spicy character of the rye.

Medium golden color with copper reflections, clean and bright.

Nose:

Very expressive and original. Notes of freshly baked rye bread, biscuit and subtle hints of ripe citrus (orange peel) stand out combined with sweetness of honey, toffee and pear nuances.

Mouth:

Smooth, rich and enveloping entry. It has a silky and creamy texture, with flavors marked by honey, soft caramel and a balanced structure with very well integrated spicy notes. Long and persistent, leaving a pleasant warm aftertaste with spicy notes of white pepper and light toasted echoes
