PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Airén
Single-varietal white wine made from centuries-old organic vines, grown in glass in the heart of the largest vineyard in the world. Aged for 3 months in clay jars. Jovial wine, aromatically frank, light and refreshing on the palate.
TASTING
View:
Pale yellow in color with green reflections, on the nose you can see fruity aromas of medium intensity with certain notes of ripe fruit.
Nose:
After its initial evolution, aromas of bananas and citrus fruits appear, especially grapefruit, but maintaining its initial freshness.
Mouth:
In the mouth it is sweet and fresh, with a frank and pleasant sensation, with good structure and aromatic complexity in the mouth. Its evolution is admirable with a broad and harmonious final sensation. Recommended temperature: Serve at 8ºC.
