Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
The Aalto Pagos Seleccióndos Magnum wine is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes, which come from very old vines, aged between 60 and 90 years. It is made only in years in which the quality of the harvest is of a high level and arises from a double selection of grapes that come from small plots or individual hawthorns. The harvest is carried out by hand, in small 15 kilo boxes in which they inspect very carefully, bunch by bunch, on the selection table. Aged for 21 months in new French oak barrels.
TASTING
View:
At sight it has a purple-red color.
Nose:
The nose presents aromas of black fruit, with spicy notes.
Mouth:
In the mouth it has a good structure, it is fresh, long and very intense.
Recommended temperature: 16-18ºC.
