Description
PRODUCTION
Gin Xoriguer is made from natural products following an early-1700s recipe, free of all kinds of unwanted additives that could harm preservation or spoil any type of cocktail or mixed drink.
This gin is the result of distillation in old copper stills of high-quality wine alcohol together with select juniper berries from the Pyrenees and other aromatic herbs, Mahón well water, sublimed over firewood from the forests of Menorca in copper stills more than two centuries old.
TASTING
Appearance: Transparent and clear, with body.
Nose: Soft aroma of juniper, green wood, and herbs.
Palate: Light-bodied, with flavors of juniper, wood, and herbs such as rosemary and thyme, with a long finish; gentle citrus notes round out its character.
