PRODUCTION
To produce Whitley Neill Blackberry Gin, Whitley Neill's original formula is used and infused with blackberries, resulting in a sweet and fresh gin.
It is traditionally distilled in copper stills with the purest water and the following botanicals: juniper, coriander seeds, cassia bark, orris root, angelica root, liquorice, sweet orange, lemon and blackberry.
Whitley Neill Gin is a premium handcrafted gin range and an established English brand dating back to 1762. It is distilled at the multi-award-winning City of London distillery, the first and only gin distillery in the City of London in 200 years.
TASTING
Appearance: Crystal clear.
Nose: Fruity and refreshing aromas of pine juniper, sweet lemon peel, lively spices and juicy jammy berries.
Palate: Vibrant and intensely fruity flavor, smooth, with a core of delicious pine juniper followed by sweet spicy citrus and hints of wonderful black pepper. The finish has a touch of earthiness along with the warm spice of cassia.
