Wint & Lilac Vodka 70cl.

Wint & Lila vodka is made through a process of 5 distillations according to the traditional method, with water purified in reverse osmosis and filtered with Kiselguhr crystal.

It is made at Casalbor Wines & Spirits, in El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz (Spain), a distillery that is more than 200 years old, which has seven different stills and each of them contributes different nuances to the final distillate, which is produced in small batches. The distillation is carried out without direct fire on stills, using the “bain-marie” system, in this way a more delicate and slow process is achieved, where the essences of the different botanicals are extracted without being altered. After distillation, the different essences are allowed to rest for several weeks, before blending them together and adding the purified water.

Nose: Fresh and elegant, with slight aromas of dry grass and cereal.

Mouth: Silky and enveloping in the mouth, its pronounced refreshing finish stands out, where a slight sweetness is combined with dryness.
