Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
The Navaje Roble 2018 red wine was made from grapes from selected vineyards located about 800m away. of altitude in clay-calcareous and sandy loam soils, located in the town of Villalba de Duero, Burgos, through traditional production in stainless steel tanks. It was aged for about 5 months in second-year American oak barrels and its stabilization was carried out by natural means. The 2018 harvest was unbeatable both in the health status and in the quality of the grapes. The harvest began on September 27 and ended on October 12 with expectations of obtaining fresh wines, with a good layer of color and great storage capacity.
TASTING
View: Purple color with high layer.
Nose: Mixture of fruity aromas, such as black fruits and licorice, with fresh notes of aromatic herbs.
Mouth: Powerful entry and passage marked by the personality of Ribera del Duero wines. Long and fruity aftertaste.
Recommended temperature: 15-16º C.
