Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tinta de Toro.
The Campo Eliseo Tinta de Toro red wine comes from organic viticulture, the harvest was carried out manually with selection of the vine. In the winery, a double selection table was carried out for bunches and grain. Malolactic fermentation was carried out with indigenous bacteria in new 225 and 600 liter French oak barrels. And this wine remained in French oak barrels for 16 months. The Toro designation of origin extends across 2 provinces: the province of Zamora and the province of Valladolid, Spain. The relief is made up of a plateau and a small valley towards the river. The vines are located between 620 and 750 meters of altitude.
