Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino).
Valduero A Premium Strain has a 100% manual and artisan production process. This wine is not touched by any machine. A manual harvest is carried out, with a selection of each cluster in the vineyard. Shelling is done by hand grape by grape. It has an alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in 500L oak barrels. Aged for 48 months in barrels of two types of wood.
TASTING
View:
Intense garnet color, with a very high layer.
Nose:
Aromas of black fruit, blackberry and fruit compote.
Mouth:
Balanced and well structured.
