Tobermory 23 Years is a limited edition whiskey and is inspired by the unique influences of the temperate oceanic climate experienced at the distillery on the Hebridean Island of Mull. It is an exquisite single malt, intertwined with salted toffee and floral honey, finishing with caramelized nuts and a subtle salty undertone. Awards and recognitions:

Description
PREPARATION
To make Tobermory 23 Years the distillery continues to mature a series of casks that were originally placed to become Tobermory 15 years (last production in 2017), to show and explore the evolution and natural character of Tobermory Single Malt and how it changes each year of maturation. Master Distiller Brendan McCarron adds: "In the case of Tobermory whiskey, surprising, incredible and special things happen over time, so the longer Tobermory whiskey ages, the more intriguing, interesting and different it becomes. And with that, showing what 12 months can do to an already incredible whiskey makes for a brilliant series."
TASTING
View:
Deep rose gold color.
Nose:
Aromas of vanilla, ripe oranges, toasted barley and rich fruit cake, with a touch of cocoa.
Mouth:
Evident influence of sherry, salted toffee, vanilla fudge and spicy oak, with candied citrus and floral honey. Finish of caramelized nuts with a subtle salty undertone.
