 PRODUCTION

The The London Nº1 gin is made in small batches, right in the heart of London in the traditional way under the supervision of the Master Distiller. Its unique flavor comes from the quality of the raw materials used, as well as from its careful Pot Still distillation method (a traditional still used for distilling small quantities), using pure grain alcohol grown in the sunny fields of Suffolk and Norfolk. The 12 botanicals that make it up come from different parts of the world, with which its producers ensure the uniqueness and character of this gin: juniper, orange, lemon peel, coriander, licorice, cinnamon, cassia bark, angelica, orris root, thyme, almond, fennel seeds, cardamom, and bergamot oil.

 TASTING

Appearance: Luminous pale turquoise blue, clean and bright.

Nose: Spicy and balsamic aroma with long, fresh persistence. Spiced and balsamic notes, as well as citrus notes such as orange and lemon peel.

Palate: Fine and smooth flavor with a rounded and elegant finish.
