Description
PREPARATION
Exclusive malt whiskey thanks to its additional maturation in Scottish sessile oak barrels (Quercus Petrae), from the Atlantic coast. Scottish oak is incredibly challenging to work with at all stages of production: growing, milling and cooperage. Its rarity, its cost and its tendency to knot mean that it is hardly used for maturing whiskey. Before being filled, the wood was air dried for 36 months, then roasted and charred to a medium level. Bottled at 48%, natural color and filtered without chilling
TASTING

Nose: Aroma of baked oats and caramel, with notes of cinnamon, ginger and heather honey.
