Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Merlot. Terra De Pau Rosat 2021 made from noble red varieties. The flower must, from the bleeding of the red maceration tanks, is quickly cooled and filtered. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in the following days at a temperature of 16-18ºC, under strict supervision. The clarified and stabilized wines are kept in stainless steel tanks until bottling to maintain all their freshness. Selection of our own vineyards in various geographical areas to obtain the best potential in each variety.
TASTING
View:
Pale pink-grapefruit color. Bright and sharp.
Nose:
Intense aroma of red fruits, sour strawberry and apricot.
Mouth:
Fresh, tasty and voluminous wine. Prolonged aromatic memory of strawberry and raspberry, with a sweet finish. Optimum service temperature: 8- 10ºC.
