PREPARATION

The Negrita Top Series rum is obtained from a mixture of the best rums from the winery. For its selection, the 50 best barrels filled and aged between 2000 and 2006 have been chosen, to create a rum of the highest quality and with the best aromatic characteristics that Ron Negrita has produced, with a minimum aging of 8 years in oak barrels. TASTING

Bright, intense mahogany color, fluid in the glass, leaving tears in the agitation.

Nose:
Of surprising aromatic power, where the initial, fruity aroma of cane honey stands out, integrated with the spicy notes of cocoa, vanilla and roasted coffee provided by the stay in American oak barrels. It evolves well in the glass, increasing its complexity as it is shaken, emerging new aromas and sensations.

Mouth:
Intelligently smooth and with sweet notes even though it is a dry rum, it is tasty and filling. The finish is very round without appearing the astringency required by its prolonged aging period.
