Barceló Signio 70cl.

PREPARATION

Barceló Signio is made from the best Dominican sugar canes, its double aging in American oak barrels, of rums that have been aged for 8 years to finish with a rest of the mixture in French oak barrels for just under a year, added to its careful production, make Signio the rum with the greatest personality and character on the market.
Only three ingredients are used: distillates from sugar cane derivatives, demineralized water and food caramel (only for color adjustment). No synthetic, transgenic or allergen components are used. And it is filtered and stabilized in the cold.

TASTING

View:
Coppery amber color.

Nose:
Notes of wild vanilla, ripe plum, walnut, cocoa butter, coffee, Canadian maple honey and hints of citrus blossom. It combines classic aromas with other unusual ones from European oak forests.

Mouth:
With a round body, elegant bearing and tasty aftertaste.
