A young red to enjoy from the moment of purchase without complications, as a chat or as an accompaniment to tapas, rice and pasta, chicken and poultry, beef, mushrooms, sausages, soft cheeses, grilled meats, lamb, pork or beef.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
Coupage of different plots to achieve a perfect expression of the terroirs. 25 year old vineyards. The harvest is carried out completely manually in 20kg boxes. Maceration with skins for 15 days at 24ºC in stainless steel tanks. It subsequently spends 6 months in French and American oak barrels. Once this period has passed, they are bottled and aged for 6 more months.
TASTING
View:
Cherry red with purple trim, clean and bright.
Nose:
Very expressive, powerful, complex, with fresh fruit, sweet spices, notes of red berries.
Mouth:
Intense, fruity, toasted flavor, with round tannins and a good finish. Service temperature: between 15-16ºC.
